Hi,
where is the best place to drop low ether, please ?

Eldeon clan field drops different kinds of refine bottles now including low ether and also in sikuku ruins.

try basilisk at luna. it drops etil and heaven parts too

Globlin Cave 60+ = Goblin Cave 3 mobs
Luna 80+ = those bats drop low ether most of the time
Eldeon Clan Field 135+ = mobs do drop refines not just low ether..

At least, there's not really a good place to drop low ether, Is there an item that could be disassemble to obtain this refine?

yes, those items that an artisan crafted with low ether is one of crafting requirement.

if you are looking for the items drop by monster, there is no such item

there are so many good spot for farming low ether.. I know one item than if you disassemble you can acquire 10-12 low ether..that's the Holy Wand.. however, it is also an item drop only by mobs.. you cannot buy it in an NPC.. farming low ether is easy than farming holy wands ^^
