It cannot be ques but it is drop by monster inside the chess dimensions look for KING at the map.

I think there was a quest before.. i saw one player before and when I asked him why is he in that place.. he told me that he is doing a ride skill quest.. I dont know if its true or it is just a bluff

ride request is not in a quest. and yes it is dropped in king at chess dimension.
drive skill is the one in a quest.
