Ok some weapon for cleric is dropped by mobs in prison, lvl 155 for exact lvl.
For buff to get better is to increase their int to max and use topaz for every access and weapons or blue diamond. If your donated get set with 50int for suit and 30int with head gloves etc, accessories should be 50/50 con and int.
But if non donated be max and get that brave intrepid wand and max suit set. And your int should be around 750-900. Roughly.

ofcourse you can make your buff stronger 
donate so you can have max int for best buffs.
though you have the choice, but if i where you i will donate for my cleric.
