how to get good stats in 255 armor like 30/30 or 10/40 how many charm or what technique to get that stats u like .... i try jupeterune but i get only 14 str is the good stats i get

i dont think charm has something to do with this... i tried changing the stat of my wing before and i got 10/40 stat using my raider with no charm at all. lol
but i used 5 runes
