GM how could you just bragged in to my account without any prior notice? And you just easily replaced my precious items specifically my slotted items. You can't do this to me. I've been working so hard for that item and you'll just easily replace them? How could you? It's ok for me to replace them but you should refund me for my hardwork and the costs I've spent on that items.

First of all those items where bugged just like we spoken about add the event yesterday night from kir.
Second, after we spoke about it yesterday that those items where bugged suddenly we see a shop selling slotted non donate gloves / hat / shoes for 9 billion each part slotted.
All the bugged items gloves / shoes / hat shall be replaced after a patch.
We will not replace your body or anybody his / her body parts since those parts can be made slotted by a drill.
