i have successfuly done the luna temple quest pt. 3 i brought home 19 artifacts.. the npc gave me advanced jewel craft coupon (common), blue hearts (common), and LISENT U (unusual). its my first time to encounter this kind of lisent... Is it a Bug or not.?

It is not a bug, Lisent U is a verry rare refinement

Lisent U is the highest quality of Enchantment Stone.
