Hey GMs / Admins,

When I login my account to a new Laptop/PC, there'll be a pop-up message saying
that "You don't have access" thingy, right? :D

So here's my problem,
When I enter my pin to grant the access, NOTHING happens... If I enter again, it will be disconnected.

When I login again, my account will be blocked. -_________-

It happens again and again. T___T :mellow:
Sorry, If I can't show you some screenshots because my account is currently blocked for 59 minutes. -___-

Lastly, I've tried to login and grant the access of my other account and IT WORKS properly...
What could be the possible solution to this problem? :(

It means that you putted the wrong pincode.

kyros is right if you always put a wrong pin in 3 attempt you will be temporary banned for 60mins

I suggest make Ticket regarding to your forgotten pin to account problem and if you know your details you can retrieve it

Probably not because all of my accounts has the same pin.
As a matter of fact, I saved it in my notepad.

I guess it's because I just reformatted my laptop.

Hmm, I don't know why NOTHING happens when I enter my pin
but when I use my other account, it works. :(

yes you can log in your account but if you entered a wrong pin you you cannot connect to the server

And if you entered a wrong ping by 3 time you account will be temporary banned

The problem was isn't in you pc/laptop I am 100% sure you entered a wrong pin

Yes sir, I know that.
That's why I enter the correct pin but nothing happens...

It's like you're waiting for something to appear but there's none.

1st is thank you for calling me sir I am not staff here I just Wala help you
if you got the.right pin enter it then click ok the the manage will appear the back entr again the pin the click log in
