if you know your email you can easily restored your pins! without a certain information, needed by gm you cannot restored your pin! but gm can give you a hint 
..to those who forgot there pins please remember you informations!password not needed!

i have change my pins at web site irose..but i cant use the pin number that given..i dont know why..
