If you open it it will be random socketed and stats? Like the Bureaucrats Set Box for cleric +30int/+40Power can it be change to other or its remain int? for a example P2P Bureaucrats Hat(9) stats(+30 Int / +40 Attack Power) can be change it to other stats?

I mean what Random Stats? it means to change the attribute of a certain item?

Int30/Ap40 will remain.. but it has a random socket or stat.. better buy each part.. set box is just good for costume
