Using TG Scroll while inside the Training Grounds is a bad idea. Training Grounds is a PVP area in the past years and months, now its a place where we can go and
teleport again and again inside it. Whats the use of it now? however, running/chasing other players inside TG is good but chasing someone who can teleport as many
times a she/he wants is not good. its kinda boring inside TG now. hope you will turn it back to the old TG way. NO TELEPORT SCROLL can be use while inside the TG.
We can cant call it Training Grounds again maybe we call it "Fooling Grounds".
