i cannot see my clan recall here. but the clan assist was visible. why like that? i tried to re-install my iroseph but nothing has changed.

Not only did the clan recall got removed, but also the clan leadership training skill. So he might not be able to use the skill book. He could do the quest again, otherwise he may want to file a ticket and wait. Clan recall & clan leadership training skills sometimes get bugged, when we try to teleport (clan recall) lowbies in areas that have level requirements which they have not attained yet.

i cannot take the quest anymore. last week i have those skills but now when i logged in, its gone..

If you don't mind, why can't you take the quest again?
