as i remember last 2 years ago,, we can change the bgm in everyarea of the game,, is it possible now??? and how???

i think the client is already encrypted now so cannot do any modification to it.

You are able to change the music to what ever bgm you prefer.
To do that you have to go into the bgm file and look for the bgm that is currently being used for example junon is now Forbidden03.
Choose the BGM you want to replace for that and change it to the name Forbidden03.
But mostly after a patch the music will be changed to another one so you have to change the name again.
And close all current clients of iroseph and launch it again.
Adleast that is how I used to do it.
