whut u mean? specify it. You forgot the pincode?, you can put any num codes with pincode bar when u logged in. But u cant enter if you put a wrong pin!

If you can enter your pin but it wont load the pin access page
That means its a incorrect pin soo you may forgot it
File a ticket to explain it and reset your pin.
