What is the most commonly time that Carasia the Arumic Researcher Asked for a help to recieve a quest on a player for Arumic Points?

I think every 75 mins, he will ask for help to Luxem tower. Buy a GT cart and try to make it fast so that you can repeat many times in one shout,.

yah you need to be very very fast in order to repeat many times in one shout.
