i can log in my account in rose
but when i click connect
it says
You dont have Acess from this location

need help

you should enter your pin to give access on your pc..

Your not authorised to play on the computer only specific computers are allowed to go on when the pin was entered and marked a tick on your IP Address or the name of your Computer.
