why cant i disassemble my necklace?

try to open the item mall when disassembling an item. Or do you log in with your pin to give access to your account?

Open your item mall wait for a moment and click on diassamble and how would you know if its a p2p item is to check on the bottom right of the item picture stating IM in yellow
