Since the new donation disassemble procedure has been released we added some new rules to the support center.
These rules are operative since the new patch has been released.

Support Rules
1. Tickets regarding hacked accounts or scam cases must be created within 30 days after the offense.
2. Your account may be temporarly banned to investigate your case.
3. There is no support if you shared your Pin code. It's your responsibility to keep your account secured.
4. We do not restore deleted characters or clans. Use the Pin System to protect yourself.
5. We do not transfer items or characters from accounts.
6. We do not exchange Credits, Donation Points, Zulie or any other kind of currency.

Do not forgot to always provide the necessary information while writing a ticket.
