I noticed that all the vest +9 dont have glow in a boy character.. like marriage dress i have try it in girl its glowing but when in boy its not >.< even the junior looks doesnt glow.. its a minor bug but i hope they can fix it

Yeah, even the Valentine Wear for boys has patchy, uneven glow...

It's a side effect of an other bug fix in our client. We fixed it so glow does not show through buildings, non-glowing body parts or characters anymore.
I haven't found out yet why some items don't glow in some areas now.
