It was always in rose online material, how ever it did not drop or being used. Since last patch they made refines considert as crap use full again. But yes indeed I did not see this refinement also drop some where.

I added that to the Materials but I haven't seen it in-game and it is also one of the answers in the Automated Q & A.

still waiting the answer from ingame hunting mode player,anyone know this materials droped by which one monster??

It is dropped by the anubis mobs (especially by anubis ranger) behind the great pyramid....
