I talk to the npc MILDUN how to drive a cart then nothing was happen. I'm in lvl 130 but the requirement for d cart quest is only 50. I talk and talk again to that npc but nothing has happen. ARGGGGG!!! Can anyone response to this problem?? tnx so much!!!

We are aware of this bug, every update has his positive as negative sides.
After a new patch it will be fixed again.
