I think it drops from a couple of mobs in Lunar will have to check it out as my memory is a bit faded.

go farm heaven's set at elder mammoth and disassemble it. or farm at marsh of ghost and disassemble fairy set. Hope it helps

Usually drops rather heavy in p4 luna if i remember correct
