Maybe your anti-virus was detecting iRose as a virus. Try installing new anti-virus dude. or disable the anti-virus every time you play.

I doubt a connection problem would cause the problem if it were already installed and working previously. Tried running as adminastor on start up?
When uninstalled and downloading did you completely wipe all iroseph files from your computer before redownloading and installing?

Did you try downloading the client through the free download manager as shown in your other thread it may end up working. Do you run as admin c:/iRosePH/RoUpdate after reinstalling?
If that still doesn't work have you gone into your iroseph map and tried deleting the fileTRose.exe and patching it with the ROSEOnline button and then opening RoUpdate?
