Top right you see some kind of half body icon click on it and type down your account name and password. Click change password in the tab.

You need the followings:
Previous Password, Mothersname & Email.

Sucks just enter Karkia Crystal Room and own the prize. Better if mobs only attacks enemy and not crystal
