Does BK still drops uniques? I've searched the forum but couldn't find any clear answer. Seems like BK doesn't spawn alot anymore?

I've been there. Seen bk couple times but after killing mobs it takes quite long to respawn.

But there's a reset in Zant, Eldeon (for Clerics only), and in Oro. If you have used all the resets in the said places, then, you've got to buy the IM reset scroll.

You can recover it by logging in onto the website. There you can reset it, then you get an email with a new code!
