It doesnt even matter if you kill the Coal Mine Goblin in B1, B2, B3 or even in Luna for all I know.. Just kill the mob, it will drop the item ;)

Namazaki is correct, the quest items only get lost in B1, but just to be fair the Guide Creators they did their work pretty well.

Yea, why dont you fix it? "Wall Glitching" They complain is because they abuse bugs, where youre not meant to. So they need to face up the consequences.
