Hello, when you enter an incorrect PIN for 3 times your account will be temporary blocked for 1 hour, to prevent people from hacking. If you've forgotten your PIN you can file a ticket. GM asya will help you out. You need to mention your account info in the ticket. If you've forgotten/not have your account info for some reason, you should find another thing which proves that it is your account. A reply on a ticket might take some time.
