Bring back 24-hour vote as another option for 25 premium points. It's up to people if they will vote every 12 hours to get 30 points in total or 24 hours for just 25 points.

No, the point was, before, for some players it is better at 25 points every 24 hours than 15 points every 12 hours because of time schedule conflict - work/study. Some people can only vote once a day since voting requires being online in game and like wasting 10 points a day.

Just revert the changes and put it 24 hours 25 points. Doesn't matter you get more points with 12 hours there is some people who can't vote 12 hours twice making them lose 15 points rather than voting once in 24 hours they gain 25 points
